I've been waiting for this meal all day - Parma ham salad. First had this when I went to Paris in the summer, sat watching the world cup final in a restaurant, drinking wine with my mum. Unfortunately it doesn't taste or look as good as it did in the restaurant! Looks like another trip to Paris is in order..Yummy times :)
