Off out this evening for a catch ip with Fiona my erstwhile flatmate of some 30 odd years ago. Good night hearing about my god daughter Laura's Masters graduation, Michael's Uni place and promotion at work, my daughter's wedding plans and son's degree progress. All sprinkled with worries about weight, work and the sadness of bereavement but it is good to share then with someone you've known for so many years.
