Celandinity
A lovely warm sunny lunchtime. While taking this behind the office (which you can see in the top right) two butterflies flew past - the first I've seen this year. They were gorgeous peacocks and one even presented itself as a blipportunity but I experienced a brain:camera interface malfunction: I turned the camera off instead of firing the shutter.
Lesser celandines ranunculus vicaria are so pretty I used to encourage them in the gardan at one time but soon learned the error of my ways. They are still one of our commonest weeds.
