Somersets police force's decision to put life-size cardboard cut-outs of its officers around a town to boost public confidence in 2009 was been branded an "unnecessary gimmick".
It looks like the residents of Edinburgh don't think so.
I like this cardboard cut out..........I think perhaps everyone should consider investing in one.
