NOT a Building Site

Not a beautiful blip.
Not a Beautiful sight.
But definitely NOT a Building Site.

Those who follow me may recall the recent chainsaw massacre whereby for 3 days men came and oblivious to challenge proceeded to chop down trees and hedgerows behind my house. Planning permission for 28 houses had been submitted the day before. The developers have now secured the site with steel barriers giving all the impression it is a done deal. It is NOT. A Residents Action Group (RAGS) has been formed and today I went out and delivered newletters to houses in part of the village, bumping into others doing likewise.
Signs like this have been attached to the steel barriers by one of the neighbours.
