Eat your heart out Heston!

With the O.H. out tonight I have been able to stretch my own culinary abilities with a little of what I fancy. Some might go for something elaborate but for me a fish finger sandwich on sliced white with the essential tomato sauce (not shown) is the ultimate food for the soul. Yum!
