Is there supposed to be a hole in this?

I had the most wonderful afternoon at the Breadwinner Bakery in Edinburgh making bread and strudel. If you live here, you'll probably have eaten their bread as they supply many of the restaurants. Here I am making strudel pastry (hope I'm not contravening rules by having someone else take a picture).

You would have smiled at me (wo)manhandling a large box of strudel and another box of bread on the bus on the way home.
