Long day

A long day at work today. It went very very quickly though. Started with the usual ward round, then a meeting, then organising the practical exam for the medical students (you've never seen such a scared worried looking bunch!) then an evening of admitting the unwell to hospital. Was quite chuffed with myself for an excellent bit of "house" style diagnosis.

No time for a blip though. So just took a shot from my armchair!
