Frankenstein Pie

Tonight's dinner, is one of my infamous Frankenstein Pies. No matter what sort of pie I make they are never gonna win any beauty contests. Still what they lack in looks they more than make up for (or so I'm told) in flavour.

Tonight's ugly beast, and it really was a big boy (just check out the fork for scale) had a ham, leek, brocoli and cheese filling. A simple leaf salad with a raspberry vinegrette to accompany it and you have 2 very happy bunnies looking forward to tomorrows leftovers already.
