It's a student town by the sea - need I say more? :)

Another tough day at the coalface of nature conservation. A couple of potentially positive outcomes though, from a very tricky situation. And - joy of joy - I found a backup I'd made a few weeks ago of the failed external hard disk with all my GIS stuff on it. Some stuff gone forever, but still, not quite the disaster I thought it was a week ago.
