So I think it is Cumin, Coriander, Ginger and Turmeric.

Utterly shattered tonight. Patience was being lost with cloth eared children tonight. Best not to go into detail, suffice to say, it wasn't a glorious evening but it all ended ok.

Hardly a minute to do anything today, I have to try to look at some photos.
