Indulge.
I felt like making my own chips/wedges/chunklets tonight.
I've never made homemade ones so I just went at it with flavorings and a knife flailing.
After cutting up a few potatoes into a random assortment of shapes, I sprinkled a little salt on them and then coated the tops of them with ground paprika.
I had a bit of a worry, thinking "Do I have to boil them before I put them in?" so I phoned Findlay just to double check. They go straight in, no fuss (apart from the vegetable oil covered hands)
I'd say they were a success, didn't last that long though!
