THe part of me that is forever 19 loves my new trainers, but the part of that is 43 agreed with Jen's questioning looks and bought the more subdued grey ones rather than the really brash black and white ones.

Holiday shopping today, all the last minute bits and pieces of clothing one requires when the temperature reaches double figures, even after dark, which one doesn't have much of when one lives in Scotland.
