Happiness

We have so much to be grateful for that we take for granted.

Have had a lovely day ending with a fab run cutting two mins off my three minute mile which might seem nothing but is massive for me !!

Jus sat watching the 100k trek for comic relief very very humbling

The blip is originally a xmas decoration but I decided to keep out - I love hearts I have them all over my house.
