Low Winter Sun
Our photo club at work was host to artist Mark (or was it Mike) Neville today who did the Port Glasgow book. He talked us through the project in technical terms, though admitting if hadn't really done much photography, and also the social documentary aspects.
It was an extremely interesting hour or so and he is going to be our artist in residence at the Widows later this year which is quite exciting as he will working with us on a project/exhibition at work.
And he used medium format film for its quality and detail, which made me feel better. Being the only film camera user in the group I get some mild stick for being old fashioned.
