Irish Vikingess??
A slightly subdued celebrations of the feast of St Patrick. Not particularly cold (around freezing) but previous years heralded a throng. In checking the record temperatures for March 17 - it was 17.8 degrees (C) in 1885 and -26.1 in 1989, so this year it is very reasonable (that can't be the reason).
However, this young lass was out on the town - so is duly recorded.
