Hardly exists..

As a kid, I remember the festival Holi being my favourite. We used to have a lot of fun filling color balloons, and then victimising the passer-by as our targets. There was as much pleasure as there was risk, of being caught and punished. At the same time, this would become a reason for family union and everyone enjoyed it for the festival it was. That time is no more, the festival has faded away, occupying kids with other things to do which may be looks somewhat sophisticated to everyone around.
