Cliff , Mélèze and Arolay

Sunny day but I stil have a rest , no ski until Monday...
I shot this cliff in the sun...and you can see two kind of trees...
the mélèzes ...I explain yesterday ,deciduous tree,...
the Arolays ...an evergreen tree...
the mélèzes are close to 25 or 30 m hight.
You can see them , mélèzes are white , arolays green...
There is a problem between these two tree species ...mélèzes grow very slowly...the arolays quicker ,and they gain ground.
But mélèzes are a very hight quality wood , the very nice chalet have mélèze exposed beams...the best!
Here all the mountain is protected and it is completly forbiden to cut any trees.
