Gran goes to Glentress!

Days off are just made for FUN!!

Early start this morning as Alex wanted cuddles from her Gran at 430am! Who am I to deny her!

As it was such a sunny day I took my MTB down to Glentress. I made it to the radio mast which is a 2.5km climb, although I have to admit I had to walk the steep parts. Can you believe I rode down a track called Britney Spears "Hit me baby one more time"? I now know my limitations .I am never going to tackle a black route again. They should come with a Granny warning signs!

Back home for a rest in the bath with a well earned Gin and Tonic, oh and some Pringles, a few of which fell into the bath water!
