My left foot

See what my right foot is doing?
Well my left foot can't do that.
Spent today in A&E (on good advice from a physio friend of mine).
Have to see a bone specialist on Monday and get an MRI to see what's next.
Otherwise I could be limping for the rest of my life.
After what I heard today from my little cubicle, that might not be so bad...
