Moon seen through plum tree
Today we had a very special visit from my childhood music music teacher. We had not seen each other in at least 30 years. Ed and his wife stopped in New Mexico during a road trip from Florida to California. A influential mentor, he helped me transition from a player to a musician. He's a great Cajun character and we had a wonderful dinner together. No photos of my visitors turned out. They were so animated I could not get a motionless picture.
When everyone went to bed, I stepped out to snap this picture of the moon. I pointed the camera up and placed it solidly on the ground below the tree.
