Out for the official work head wetting ceremony in honour of Oscar today.

The origional plan was for all of us to wear tastless shirts, however a few have opted out bottled it.

I am quite a fan of a loud shirt so am sticking with the plan.

Should be a good day as we are going in to Cardiff and it is the last day of the six nations with a chance Wales could still win.

Lets hope the Dragon roars and Paddy puts the stoppers on the chariot!
