Once a blue stone quarry, has been turned into a beautiful place to stroll, or in my case today, I climbed the look out tower twenty times (22 steps, equivelant of an average 27 story building), my first real attempt at training since I broke two ribs, about six weeks ago on the weekly mountain bike ride in Lysterfield park.

Cool down was a brisk walk around the lake.
