Shelter in St Jan

Today we woke up quite late and had a very relaxed morning at the hotel. Just before the time we had to check out, we went into the city of Den Bosch. Unfortunately it was very rainy... And we had planned to do some swing stepping. But when walking in the city, it got wetter and colder. We encountered many carnavalling people who were preparing for next week with a lot of music.

We fled into the local cathedral of St. Jan. We walked right into the holy mess. Fortunately it was almost over and we had some time to explore the church itself as well. Afterwards we went to the café where we agreed to get our swingsteps. But because of the bad weather we could arrange the exception of changing the date. So we'll be back to do some swingstepping in April.

Instead, we went home and then to the cinema that evening where we watched Gnomeo and Juliet... not too funny, but kinda okay :)
