The Town Hall clock

Just next to the water fountain of my last blip is the Town Hall. I have been to many interesting events and rowdy meetings here. As you can see it has a clock which I can hear striking the hours when it is quiet. On the odd sleepless night one hears almost every quarter hour. I can see the tower from my balcony which is nice.
