New haircut

Ruby looked very smart with her new haircut, so before taking her for a walk along the coast path, I took a few shots of her, including this one, and put the camera away.

I wish I'd taken the camera with me. Out on the walk, we encountered another Lakeland Terrier, also freshly trimmed, coming the other way. Lakeland Terriers are very rare round these parts. His owners and I swapped stories of 'Lakie' ownership, and then Ruby posed with (wait for it) Doobie for some shots, taken by Doobie's owners with their camera.

It just goes to show . . . never go out and leave your camera at home.
