English Braeburns... Marvellous!

A fabulous apple and much less food miles!

Tonight was my first evening mountain bike ride this year and first time on the mtb since November last year.

It felt so good to get muddy again but very weird actually having to move around on the bike rather than sit and pedal.

My skills were poor, lots of dubious line choices made all the worse with rigid forks.

Will have to get out riding more....
