Cooking Rice

I was working in Newcastle today at the Freeman Hospital. It was my first visit there. I drove to Dunbar station and took the train so it was a pretty easy journey.

When I got home, I had some chilli and brown rice. I have only just got into brown rice and I cook it completely differently from how I cook white rice.

I was using my NEW timer which Samiam sent me as a wee pressie. It's so much better than the last one I got which never really seemed to want to work properly
