Sugar and Spice

A busy day in our house. I love Sundays as its a family day. We took the pups a lovely walk, see Goose's Blip.

Then came home and Pa-in-law popped round. He was going to bake a cake. I love cooking but cakes just don't do it for me - i have more of a savoury tooth than a sweet tooth. So, instead, out came all the spices and i have made a curry from scratch.

I did a couple of Indian cookery courses a while back and the base is so simple and you can add what you like in. Very delicious but even better tomorrow which is when we are having it. Today is all about the roast pork and crackling - delicious!

Having cleared out more cupboards I am now doing an eBay session until I get bored or sleepy!
