Marmalade #2

This time it is satsuma marmalade!

Mr C&D texted me an enquiry "Can you make marmalade from satsumas?"

I replied somewhat carelessly "Sure, why not??" expecting a couple of bags of half priced fruits.


Well, I was sort of right, it was a couple of bags.....but not those dainty red net-string bags....oh no! Two large tesco carrier bags filled to the brim with marked down satsumas!

"They were 17pence a bag....i wasn't leaving them there for that!" said Mr C&D

So this is the first batch, I used 4lbs of satsumas and probably have 12 left in the freezer!

I am a one woman jam making machine!
