Told a few tales, revealed a few secrets (it was ALL about me last night, as it should be!!) and laughed like a drain until the early hours.

Surprisingly healthy today (must be adrenaline!) so went for a lovely stomp with my rented dog, we had a great time. Here's what seems to be a regular Sunday blip of Alfredo. We had a splash about in the river and I got in too, because it was there. Why wouldn't you??
