King of the Swingers

Felt like rubbish today with the cold so I lay in for ages and then we went to the park with some friends after lunch. The kids had a whale of a time on the swings, then we had a sneaky walk round the river to where Friday's blip was taken and then on to see some horses which we fed some apples.
Then home for tea and now i'm off to lie on the couch and moan about my cold!
