Spent the afternoon wondering around St Andrews with Mandy and Nick. Cakes, cheese, lunch, ice-cream - I now need a week of plain food, a few weeks, a month even!

On the way home driving through Cupar and the late afternoon sun was bouncing off the buildings. We'd just been talking about JG - maybe he sent us a sun smile :o))
