in keeping with the theme of oversized items, here is a thailand post station resembling a large post box.

made it all the way back to ayutthaya last night from chiang mai. decided to stop here for the evening, and then visit some temples in the ancient capital during the day. rather than post a temple shot, however, i landed on this post photo instead.

managed to score a great room at iudia on the river at the last minute. definitely recommended.

back to bangkok tonight, where we will relax a bit from the northern trip, and then decide what else we might do with the remaining holiday time.
