Chicken Wrap?

I've been busy cooking today so I took a quick blip of this Chorizo stuffed chicken breast before I put it in a pan to poach.

They were finished off by beadcrumbing, baking and topped with a bechamel sauce and cheese, kind of like a posh Parmo

For those who don't know what a parmo is, they are food of the gods.... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Parmo
