Having been injured for 12 weeks now, i was technically given the all clear by the consultant last friday.....so I figured seeing that I organise indoor hockey for my club, that I would attempt to play......I can quite confidently confirm that my knee is NOT fixed....hence why I was able to take this shot as I was sitting out for 15 mins trying to convince my knee that it really did want to let me run around.
