Today we made jam...

Sarah came to visit today and we unpacked the jam making kit she bought for me for Christmas to make tomato and apple jam; it was surprisingly easy and although its VERY sweet is pretty tasty too.

Don't be alarmed by the colour, apparently tomatoes and apples make for an almost fluorescent combination... I am sure it's normal :)
