St Patrick's Day Parade

Nearly every town in Ireland seems to have a St Paddys day parade.

This one, in the Southern county Cork fishing village of Courtmacsherry, had both a sea and land parade. Ooohh!

I picked up a hitch-hiker on the 19th March and mentioned the parade. Without hesitation he said 'Bet it involved a lot of tractors'.
