Dead trees
Took a walk in the forest around Knysna and came across these trees. Estimated to be from around 1876, they were recently ringed (killing them) to prevent them from spreading into the forest as part of the movement to get rid of non-indigenous trees.
I also liked this shot of a pool with sunken tree and one of Leo rubbing his back after landing on a rock in the river.
Just looked at some images i took when out fishing. After several years of no interest I've got keen again on fly fishing in the sea. I used to do a lot when I lived in California. Anyway it is pretty hard to take any pictures when fishing (as I proved the other day) so this time I took one before I started fishing.
