morning low tide

This was the tay rail bridge at 9am this morning. The tide was as low as i've ever seen it and the bridge looked very small and quite vulnerable on it's spindly legs.

Out of shot there were 5 or 6 seals pulled up on the skerries and sandbanks - i never knew seals lived in the tay! it reminded me with a pang of my home in Orkney.
