I have always had problems sleeping.
I don't even think they are problems anymore. I just think it's normal. I always wake up 3 to 5 times a night. So I get two hour maxium sleep at a time. It makes me a bit mental but I don't know any different.
I went to a sleep clinic and I am just a light sleeper. (GREAT!)
Anyhow... I have now started to wake up in a cold sweat three nights a week. Bedsheet soaked and I'm cold.
Now I am exhausted.
Seriously want a good nights sleep. I want to sleeeeeeeeeeeep.
