Origami Waitress Tips
a relaxing breakfast at the Bighorn Restaurant in Estes Park (pancakes, eggs, bacon, homemade biscuit and HOT coffee), a good book, and a waitress with impeccable timing. I asked to speak to the manager to compliment the waitress and to hand over a big tip only to find out my waitress WAS the manager. She said she learned long ago that to keep the customer happy you kept the cup filled with hot coffee. I then noticed the origami tips - one customer wadded up a dollar bill and asked if it could count as origami. She said once they have the cash register filled with art, they take the money and donate it. One (far right) clever origami - a diamond ring (has a dime in the setting). ; ) See if you can find the armadillo, peacock, frog, table, and boot. Now I'm hooked - can't wait to practice the Hawaiian shirt origami and leave it with them the next time.
