G&T

We went out for a curry this evening. When I got back, I had a G&T made with Tanquery Rangpur gin (not readily available in the UK). It's flavoured with Rangpur limes (a cross between a lemon and a mandarin) and bay; rather than a slice of lemon I like a bay leaf with it as it accentuates the flavour of my favourite herb :-)
