chocolate coated chaos!

Incredibly productive day...washing on line at 6.45, breakfast lunch and evening dinner made before work...visited dad to assist shower then off to hospital for blood test...into work for meetings then back to dad at lunch to cut hair and take to another diabetes education session...over to Southampton for 5.40 to help youngest daughter and back home for dinner at.8.30. So why the chaos? My back has been agony all day and having retired to bed with heat pad and chocolate drink I dropped whole cup over the floor by missing the bedside cabinet! These are all the things D had to rescue and dry while I stayed put...oops! Still am remaining positive :-)
