Look at mine!

At any given time, there are what appears like a gazillion events going on at work. I've always found it amusing that in this day of high tech, the best way to draw attention to "your thing" is still to paste a paper on a wall. :)

In fact, the profusion of posters had gotten so disorderly that our building facilities gurus decided to relent and are now providing dedicated panels, right next to all our elevators for those who want to advertise their events. It's created an industry of sorts for all manner of temps or interns who roam the floors of our various buildings, stacks of posters and scotch tape rolls in their hands. When you come across them in the act of 'postering', they often look as if they were caught with their hand in the cookie jar.
