Refinishing the old door

There's a story of a missing set of new, custom made oak doors that will need telling one day - but these have vanished in the mists of history alas.

So in desperation we decided to take the weird boards that had been nailed on the current door off, to see what was below... a slightly battered shapely door!

So this is getting refinished and we'll have a better looking door after all
