Lake meets sea

We went down to the central parts of Stockholm today, to visit the opening of a close friend's exhibition at gallery "Nutida Svenskt Silver" (Contemporary Swedish Silver). We walked back over the bridges through Old Town.

It was grey and a bit gloomy - but almost no wind, so we had a really nice walk, playing tourists in our hometown.

The yellow building is the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the church is St. Jacob's (blipped from another angle earlier) church and the dirtbrown house in the middle is the Royal Opera.

You can see the water stream out from Lake Mälaren to meet the Baltic Sea.
