Civita di Bagnoregio

This is a photo of Civita di Bagnoregio, the 'dead city' of Bagnoregio, Italy. Population varies between 12 - 100 depending on the season according to Wikipedia, and it seems about right! There are a few restaurants and B&Bs, but that is about it.

It sits on a 'dry island' almost, a piece of rock jutting sharply up. As you might guess, there is some danger of erosion in the city. Specifically the danger of your building falling off the edge of the cliff. Several have in the past, which I think is part of the reason it will likely continue to remain a mostly 'dead city'.
