The Return Of The Fancy Mallard Hen

The fancy mallad hen has returned... Stylish as always, she sailed the ditches with her usual poise, accompanied by a handsome stranger whose colourful attire baffled the bystanders. Rumour has it, there could be ducklings soon...


Sometimes, Domestic Ducks escape into the park. As a result, there are few mallards around who show no signs of crossbreeding. Many mallard drakes show white chests or necks. The hen on the pic could have a Crested duck somewhere in her pedigree.

I went to see an optician today, to have my eyes examined. Everything seems fine, no lasting damage from the concussion to be feared. I think that's good news. =D
