Eye Eye!!

Well there weren't going to be any nice skies today as it poured the whole time I was up a hillside in Angus doing an environmental audit. I had a few pictures I thought would have good titles, "nice weather for ducks" was an easy one as I had several pictures of them swimming on a loch in the poring rain. Settled on this one which made me chuckle at the time as this pheasant thought I couldn't see him, but he was wrong! Reminded me of a child who thinks putting his hands over his eyes means you can't see him :) First day I have ever got a car stuck as well, driving along a track by the loch mentioned above, when it started sliding sideways. I wasn't in any real danger as I would have just ended up in the soft stuff at the edge rather than actually in the water, but I stopped trying to get out and found a very nice gamekeeper who came to my rescue and pulled me out!!
